At Frugal Formality you can buy a tuxedo for less than the cost of a rental! We sell designer brand tuxedo jackets, pants, shirts, vests, cummerbunds, bow-​ties and long ties, and dress shoes at discount prices. We have a wide variety of styles from size 3 to size 70. We are located inside Cook’s Flea Market — stop by and see how great you can look for less!

History

Established in 2009.

Frugal Formality was first opened in Fort Mill, SC (outside Charlotte). We moved to Cook’s Flea Market in Winston-​Salem in 2013. We are proud to be a part of the triad!

Business Owner

Melissa opened Frugal Formality in 2009 after she was laid off from her job in the insurance industry. She is proud of the business Frugal Formality has become. She recently returned to graduate school at Appalachian State; during the week she attends classes in Boone, and on the weekends she sells tuxedos in Winston-​Salem.
