This establishment seemed ok, until you run into insurance issues. Dealing with the gentleman in billing (Tom, I believe his name) was quite horrible. He didn’t want to answer my questions about WHY they previously told me they had PRE-​VERIFIED my insurance beforehand (because that of course would be THEIR error), then proceeded to yell at me and talk over me. Not only that, but I was then told they had billed me for testing services on my child on a day that we had only reviewed prior test results. My child wasn’t even there with me that day!!! When I brought that to his attention, his response was «Oh well, nothing I can do about that, that’s what the doctor wrote in the chart!». He had previously offered to adjust the portion insurance was to pay OFF of my bill, and now he even went back on that word and said he would CONSIDER a TWENTY percent discount ONLY IF PAID IN FULL THAT DAY! We all know that insurance adjustments are more than 20%…
I DO NOT suggest doing business with these people unless you want to be treated like a piece of crap if you happen to run into issues with your insurance billing OR if you want to be fraudulently billed for services never rendered on a date of service!!!
