This one verges on the ridiculous. And I would never expect much from a Chili’s but they manage fail with the bar set very low. First, I was one of 3 people at the bar yet the server kept her head down over the terminal for almost 10 minutes before acknowledging my presence. She was actually pleasant while interacting with me. Sadly, the interactions were far too infrequent. I ordered the chicken margarita — simple grill breast with rice and a side. The chicken arrived with in 5 minutes — at room temperature. It is not possible to cook a chicken breast to temperature and have it cool to room temperature in 5 minutes. It was pre-cooked — not kept below 40 degrees or above 140 before being brought to the table. The rice was just sad. The best on the plate was the steam broccoli — they actually got that right. I ordered a presidente margarita — served in a TINY cocktail glass full of ice. The shaker, also full of ice, was left as a sidecar. Tricky — I guess they figure no one will catch on that they are serving a rather smallish drink with a lot of ice but you get to pour another ounce out of the shaker so it must be a larger drink. Food — poor, probably unsafe. Drinks — cheap and misleading. Service — pleasant but to infrequent. They should be embarrassed.

I eat at chills about every week or so. This restaurant is located in front of a wal-mart on Hanes mill road. The area is very busy and at most times ithe restaurant is pretty crowded. We normally eat at the bar area We have eaten here enough to get to know some of the wait staff. One who stands out is Luis the bartender, he takes very good care of us every time he takes care of us. He keeps our glasses full checks on us often to be sure we have what we need. We have also joined their frequent eaters club. We often get e-mailed different coupons which include free apps and kids meals or dessert.

I decided to give this place a go again after getting food poisoning here years ago from the fajitas. I picked up my food and took it home for connivence. I entered to pickup and while some noticed me and called someone over to help me I still stood for about 7 minutes waiting to even be checked-out. When I got home the appetizer that I ordered was wrong so I put down the onion rings by myself since no one else likes them. They weren’t anything special and the taste was mostly fried breading than onion. My entrée was the chicken bacon quesadilla yet instead of being a whole one it was cut up into multiple tiny ones. The chicken was dry but luckily the bacon and cheese saved the floor. This Chili’s just seems to always miss the mark with service, food quality, and presentation. You can get food priced for the same of higher quality in much better establishments so give this one a pass

The food is pretty good. The price is above average. What really disappoints me is that I’m not welcome in the restaurant. See. I have a legal CCW permit and they would rather me stay out and don’t worry, I won’t be back until this changes.

Most chilis are ok, but this is the worst I’ve ever been to. Bad health rating, lousy service, and rude staff. Avoid completely as you will regret it.

Ranch Dressing was warm and sour. Asked for a different one and the waitress brought another warm one. I think their ramekins were hot and instead of using her brain she kept grabbing hot ramekins. I wish people could think. besides that our check was wrong twice. This is the third bad experience here in a 3 month period. We used to eat here but it has definitely gone WAY down hill.

Tuesday night at chili’s. I had their baked potato soup which was really good. I’ll definitely have that again. The bartender took very good care of us as usual. He is so friendly. Plus we had coupon to get a free dessert.

18+ of us showed up last night(Saturday). Girls softball team playing in a local tournament. Chili’s was busy but no lines waiting to be seated(lucky). They promptly reserved two tables for us and we waited while a 3rd table became available. Once seated the two waitresses did an excellent job with orders and refilling drinks. Food arrived in reasonable time and all together. My daughter really liked the 4 mini cheeseburgers. I found the Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas excellent. My friend thought the steamed broccoli was to salty(probably was) but they don’t use any salt at home. In all the waitresses did a great job taking care of our table, drinks were refilled, and paying with the checkout system(computer) at the table was nice. For chill’s it all comes down to the people you have working and we had the best that night!

Let me begin by saying I was deeply concerned about coming here based on the Unilocal reviews. To my surprise, the service here surpassed my expectations. We arrived maybe 2 hours before closing, so I had mentally prepared myself for horrible service but our server(I believe her name was Amanda) was awesome! She made great recommendations and accommodated me with some of my menu selections(drink :), the service was wonderful to the end.(when they closed). Great experience

I knew better. I really did but sometimes it feels like the car just steers itself places. I stopped here for a late Sunday lunch. Surprisingly it was still plenty busy. I got a table in the bar area. My server quick took my drink order and the bartender brought my beer. I appreciate a frosted mug, but this one was coated with ice that melted all over the table. Not a huge deal. I ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. Everything came out in a timely manner. As the waitress dropped off my order, I forgot to ask for some dipping sauce for the fries. So I waited. Nibbled. Waited. Nibbled. Waited and waited. The next time the waitress came by my table was after my plate was clean and my drink was empty. Even the burger was just blah. They served the BBQ sauce on the side instead of on the burger. To be honest, she wasn’t even that busy. I watched as she stood at the hostess stand and chatted away. That’s a darn shame. Again, I knew better and I’ll know for the future to trust my instincts.

Nothing good to say about this location. As we walked in we noticed that o one had food on the table, all were waiting. We waited 20 minutes only to be seated at the smallest table in the place near the door. Yes it was a Saturday but it you could hear the staff arguing with each other about being overworked. We decided to go elsewhere

A visit to this location proved to be the worst decision I made this past weekend. I have had generally good experiences at most chili’s but this restaurant is terrible. We were seated fairly quickly but then we waited over 10 minutes(or longer) for someone to come get our drink order. The restaurant was not crowded and there were plenty of empty tables around us but for some reason the service was so slow. After another 10 minutes or so, we finally gave our orders. An hour or so later, our food came out. It was cold. Gee golly whiz, how did that happen? Probably because our waitress was slouching around dragging her feet and moving slowly. She basically admitted(to another server) that she did not want to be at work(ok???). We did not have silverware so we asked for it and she brought it after she went by and grabbed dirty plates and everything else she could think of before doing what we asked her to do. Meanwhile our food is getting colder(yay!). We finally get silverware and its all dirty and I’m not talking water spot dirty, I’m talking disgusting dirty. Another request for silverware brought more dirty utensils. At this point, the whole table was giving up. Our food was terrible, cold and people were getting cranky. We had been there nearly 2 hours and were missing all the sunlight while stuck in this crappy place trying to have a decent meal but it was all for nothing. We left and got dessert. I will never go back here.

Worst service I’ve had in a LONG time. They refused to give my party a table with a whole section of restaurant open and unused. We were told it would be a 25 minute wait when there at least 15 tables not being used. She finally muttered something about not having servers for those tables. When we were finally allowed a booth(I would have much preferred one of the dozen unused TABLES), my wife asked for Guacamole as a side. The waiter told her that was not possible. Hello, you sell it! Why the heck can’t you plop some next to her freaking sandwich? These morons will never see another penny from me.

Nothing exciting about this Chilis– did not seem as «festive» as other Chilis we have been to in terms of the bar areas(no «happy» Christmas lights, SORELY lacking in TVs to watch the game). Our bartender had the personality of a wet dishrag. I normally enjoy their salads but this time the lettuce seemed less than fresh. You can’t beat their margaritas though so that at least made me happy! The 2 for $ 20 deal was also good… just wish my salad had been better.

This Chili’s is a perfect representative cross section of every Chili’s ever built, and I’ve eaten in a lot of them, including this one on Hanes Mall Blvd. Come to Chili’s for high caloric meals whose ingredients are of such poor quality and unflavorful that Chili’s feels it necessary to serve every dish with entirely too much salt and/or some kind of sauce. Why do we continue to ingest this crap and call it food? Perhaps you’d like the Chicken Ranch Sandwich? That’ll be 1150 calories. Oh, you want fries with that? Add another 430 calories. To prove my point, the sandwich alone has over 2800 mg of sodium — thats 117% of your recommended daily intake, people. 1 star, only because it does taste oh so good, in a heart attack-inducing way.

The food is great and the staff is also. Drinks are good and there’s always good specials.
