Mother of God! This place is terrible!!! The owner is the rudest, cockiest, sob I’ve ever met in my life! Idk how they stay in business. They may and I doubt it, know how to repair dirt bikes but they sure as hell don’t know how to work on street bikes! I had purchased new tires and had this place install them because they were a little cheaper than the dealership so I thought I would give them a try. Worst decision of my life! I took my motorcycle in to them, not just the rims and tires. They install my new white wall tires for me. Not only did it take them TWO DAYS to install some tires, wtf??, but they didn’t grease my axle, tighten my chain, warn me they didn’t tighten the chain and it was loose, wash the blue coating off of the whitewalls, or even install the inner tube correctly in the rear tire!!! I asked the guy who worked on my bike if he checked the chain slack and he said it might be a little loose but it’s good to go. To me that means when it’s supposed to be at 27 mm, he measured it at 29 mm, no big deal. This was not the case. As soon as I left the chain popped off and nearly tore my foot off. It scratched my swingarm and broke my plastics. When I called them they told me it wasn’t their problem and I only paid to have my tires put on and that’s all they did, anything else would be extra! I am in the process of suing them now. I tried to talk to the owner but he was so rude and told me he didn’t need my business and told me not to come back on his property! Wtf kind of customer service is that??? And then after I had it repaired at the Honda dealership they told me they have heard nothing but horror stories about that place. Then my inner tube pops and I take it back to honda and they showed me where Big toy Supercrap installed the inner tube wrong and it punctured! Wow! The poor workmanship, dangerous service and horrible, down right fighting words of the owner/​customer service team of this place just keeps on giving!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!
