AppleJuice iRepair

Wow! They are so nice, fast, helpful, inexpensive, really knowledgeable and excellent at repair. I heard great things about this store (that the Apple Store had said an iPad would cost $ 300 to repair but Applejuice fixed the problem for $ 10) and they were just as good as promised. They fixed my computer (2 different problems) for $ 50…which is about as cheap as I’ve ever had any computer repair. When I asked if I should have them install extra memory they said no that I was fine with what I have for what I use. I really appreciated their honesty. I don’t live in Winston-Salem…but I may wait till I visit here to get computer repair in the future!

Brought My iPhone 5s in because it was charging half the time. The guy at the front desk had a special set of pliers to pull out all the lent that I could not remove on my own. Did not charge me anything. Phone charges fine now.

I honestly feel like I do PR for Apple Juice! Anyone that has any issues with their iPhone /​iPads I recommend here. I have sent coworkers and friends and given them a glowing review of what a great business this is. I took my phone in as the power button was broken. 1 hour later, it was good as new. I have contacted them via facebook for quotes for friends and they are very fast to get back to you.
A shining example of what amazing customer service is! I have shopped around for pricing and Apple Juice is either the same or lower then others in town. I just love I can drop it off, go to the food court or shop, come back and it is ready. And most impressively was offered some apple juice while I waited. Very nice touch indeed!

If you don’t go see this man before you go to the Apple Store you are crazy. Apple said «sorry we can’t help you» this guy brought my phone back to life. He saved all of our work data we would’ve lost and he’s a hero in our books. Also saved us $ 800 by not having to get a new phone. Did I mention it was $ 15! For gods sake tip the man or buy him a cup of coffee!

I went there today to have my iPad checked and the young man who helped me was so very patient and he showed me what to do to fix the problem –
He could not have been any nicer — and didn’t even want to accept payment but we gave him some money anyway —
This is an EXCELLENT business and an asset to Winston-​Salem –
Who needs ‘The Genius Bar’ at the Apple Store in G’boro when we have these guys right at the mall!??

I had my iPhone 5s screen repaired here and it took about 25 mins! On top of that I only paid $ 110. I highly recommend to go to this place to fix your apple products ASAP because you won’t regret it! The staff is really friendly and helpful and they have complimentary apple juice and mini York chocolates while you wait or shop around other stores in the mall.

I have had my iPhone repaired here twice, my iPad once, and also one iphone color swap it’s always clean and the staff is super friendly and fast. Usually I can drop my phone off, walk to the food court and by the time I come back my phone is finished. I would definitely recommend apple juice to ANYONE & EVERYONE

I was referred to Apple Juice by my sales associate at the local Verizon store in Winston-​Salem because my iPhone 4-​S wouldn’t work properly and I needed a quick diagnosis so I could decide whether I should get the phone repaired or replaced. The service at Apple Juice was EXCELLENT! They didn’t make me leave the phone with them for a couple of days in order to find out what the problem was. Instead, they performed a diagnosis immediately which involved some disassembly. Unfortunately I got bad news in that the phone was «toast». Even so, for a nominal service fee, they not only performed a speedy diagnosis but they also «wiped» my phone clean so I could take it back to Verizon and take advantage of Verizon’s trade-​in program without having to worry about giving Verizon a phone that was filled with all my personal information. It should be noted that resetting my phone myself was something I couldn’t do myself (nor by anyone at Verizon) due to the technical problem I was having with the phone. Suffice it to say I was very impressed with the technical skills available at Apple Juice in addition to the quick service. As a family that is equipped with Apple. products completely, I was so impressed with the folks at Apple Juice, the speed/​quality of their service, as well as their reasonable service prices, it’s great to know this business is out there and I will return to them the next time I need help with an Apple product! I will also refer my friends to Apple Juice as well without hesitation.
