Hello I am Curtis Dearing, owner of Palms of Paradise, a 20 acre palm farm. My wife, Donna and I are living our dream. Plants have been a life long calling and palm trees are my passion. Our business is backed by 30 years of growing palms. It is our goal to serve our customers and to provide healthy, quality plants. Our palms are grown here on the farm then dug by shovel and containerized. Customers can pick out in-​ground palms and Curtis will containerize it personally on request. Established in 2003.

Most of our palms are grown from seed. Curtis takes special care of each palm on our 20 acre farm.

Curtis has been growing plants since he was a boy. He started growing palms as a young man in his twenties. While living in Bridge City he had a small nursery outside his home. He ventured to Hawaii building a 6 acre farm in Kurtistown. For sixteen years he raised and sold trees at his business, Kurtistown Palms. Curtis then returned to Texas close to his family where he now raises several varity of palms. Palms are his passion!
