Verizon Wireless TCC – Winnetka

Ugh, I went to this store to inquire about an upgrade, after my iPhone 4s screen stopped working. The staff were incredibly curt in their response to my problem – not helpful at all. In fact, the serviceman named Zach had so little patience that he treated me like an imbecile. I just wanted to understand my situation, but he kept trying to defer the responsibility to me. «You’re still under-​contract; it’s your responsibility to get a new phone.»
Either way, I tried my luck at the corporate store on Skokie Blvd., where Renee looked into all deals and early upgrade opportunities. He even suggested that I try to have my screen fixed at Techno World. Thanks to Renee and no thanks to Zach, I saved myself the $ 600 that would have been spent on an out-​of-​contract iPhone.

After going to a corporate Verizon Wireless store where the manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and providing me with completely different information than this store, I contacted this store to assure the details. Charles was PHENOMENAL! He dealt with 4 of my phone calls to assure the price of a new upgraded Iphone 5S, the quality of the product, and all of the discounts that I could receive i.e. rebate, electronic giftcard, trade-​in, etc. I set up a time to return to this store when I knew Charles would be there. Charles was waiting for me right when I walked in and had my brand new, Iphone 5 s, 32 gb, white and silver waiting for me in a sealed package (contrary to the information the other store gave me). He assisted me with all of the transactions, the entire rebate, and the transfer of my data from my old phone to my new phone. Even though I was complaining about the other store, he remained professional providing me with real information without putting down the other store. I was so impressed with him and the entire store. The process took me about 30 – 45 minutes and I walked out with a brand new phone and 100% knowledge of the discounts that I could anticipate in the future. I recommend this store to anyone who need assistance with their electronic phone devices and purchasing an upgrade. Charles is so helpful and will treat you with the respect you deserve.
