History

Established in 2012.

The company was formed in 2012 with the idea of solving your technical problems. The company started off in the spare bedroom of our founder’s home and has moved to where we are now in Winnetka. In 2014 we added additional staff with the goal of improving our desktop support team. We are excited about the future and what technology opportunities it will bring.

Business Owner

My first job in this industry was working at a medical manufacturer writing software while attending school. Then working for for a Telecommunications company creating custom applications and managing servers.

I went to work for another manufacturing company as their IT manager and then was offered a position with Verizon where I spent 10 years.

During all this time I had been helping friends and family with their computer and other technical issues. I kept wondering if I could really start my own business. The entrepreneurial spirit took hold and I formed Technical Link in 2012. Today I get to work in a field I love while continuing to help others solve their technology issues. I look forward to working with you and seeing your company succeed.
