I actually had several of their dumpsters at a few of my projects and have used them in the past as well. They called me up out of the blue and «put me on notice» that they are coming to pick up their dumpster! I told them that it wasn’t full and that I needed one more day. Their response was that I’ve had their dumpster long enough and they need it back. They were rude, unprofessional and took back a dumpster that I wasn’t done with. Obviously, will never use this company again.

Really nice about explaining each bin’s size, price and what I am allowed to put in each one. Made picking out the one I needed a lot easier.

THE SHORT: Buyer beware! You have been warned!
THE LONG (Who doesn’t want to read a long review about a dumpster rental company?): This «company» is a joke. They are quick to drop off a dumpster to get your money, but then they use your home or worksite as the storage area for their equipment until such time as they need it again. I highly doubt they even have a storage area for empty dumpsters, given their PO Box address. I’m now on Day 7 waiting for the pick-​up I requested and was told would be «today or tomorrow.» For the record, I write this review knowing it will lessen demand for their services and, as a result, extend the stay of the dumpster currently in my driveway. I’m a hero in that way.
There’s nothing more confidence-​inspiring than calling a company and being greeted with a nice, succinct, creditor-​avoiding «Hello?» — and that’s it. Of course, this leads to the inevitable first thought: «Um, er, uh… is this Singh Disposal?» But, in reality, your first thought should be: «Hang up! Run! There’s a reason this company earns their living picking up GARBAGE!»
Worst of all — and really this whole review boils down to this — is the woman who answers the phone. Although I’ve never met her in person, I can say with 100% certainty that she is a Singh-​stain of a human being. This woman will lie to you just to entertain herself. Oh, the truck broke down and that took a day to fix, huh? Okay, but that was 6 days ago.
I called every day for the first 3 or 4 days, but I’ve stopped since because, really, what’s the point? I have no leverage. There’s a 1200 lb. dumpster in my driveway. What, I’m going to load it in my car and bring it back to them? You see, therein lies the rub — the reason this company is so Singhy — once you give them your money, you’re at their mercy.
If you need a dumpster, do yourself a favor and find another company. Or come to my house and take this one. Please. I’ll pay you.

First time I’ve used a dumpster service, so not an expert here. These guys made it easy for me to choose what type of dumpster I needed and delivered it same day. I needed to do some yard work for a family event that Saturday, so I scheduled a next day pick up. A lot quicker and simpler than what I thought it would be.

HORRIBLE.
This is the 3^rd and last time we have used them. In summation, we requested a dumpster pick-​up on Saturday. It took until at least Friday, we are still waiting for the supposed «on the way» truck.
They also love to ignore your calls and will not answer unless it is convenient. I wish I could spread the word on flyers, but that would be almost as much of a waste as dealing with them.
NEVER use these people again. Unless, that is, you love keeping a dumpster in your driveway for an additional week.
