I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for a kitchen and bathroom remodel in the future. Josip was the first contractor I’ve ever had that actually followed through with everything he said he would. He was prompt, sent a reminder email that he would be starting the next day, called if he was going to be late — just common courtesy, but sorely lacking in many businesses these days. He listened to what we wanted and gave very good advice about the kind of flooring we should get, then went out shopping for the best quality and price.
The workers were on time and actually finished the job in the time he estimated. They were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves. The estimate for the job came in right on target, so no big surprises.
Again, would highly recommend JLI Remodeling.

I’ve worked with over 60 companies and tradesmen in a fairly large-​scale modernization of my house in Wilmette, and JLI was among the most dependable, respectful and easiest to work with. Josip shows up on time, provides detailed quotes, and sticks to his schedule. His team is detail-​oriented, tries very hard not to disrupt family life (even with a rambunctious 3 year old nipping at heels) and is willing to work Saturdays to get a job done. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up at the end of the project – something not all contractors do! I highly recommend them!
