Our goal is to restore health and to help you feel your best. Debra Campbell specializes in therapeutic massage to relieve pain, speed natural healing, boost physical performance, and improve general well being.
Massage is an ancient form of healing with roots in many traditions and parts of the world. We draw on various traditions and modalities to return the body to homeostasis. In addition, her compassionate guidance empowers clients to reach their maximum wellness potential.
A major part of Debra’s practice is helping clients with sports injuries. She works with athletes of all ages in preventative, maintenance and healing capacities. She also serves clients dealing with Parkinson’s disease, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, fibromyalgia and breast cancer. Supporting women undergoing mastectomies has been a passion for Debra since she lost her mother to breast cancer.
History
Established in 1995.
Debra Campbell began her massage career on the North Shore in 1995 with offices in Wilmette and Northfield. She has practiced massage out of her Winnetka office since 2003. She is a graduate of Tulane University and studied massage at Chicago School of Massage.

Business Owner
Debra Campbell has been practicing therapeutic massage since 1995, with an office on the North Shore since 2003. Before training at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in Chicago, she enjoyed careers in teaching and management. A graduate of Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology, Debrawas born in Caracas, Venezuela, and grew up in Nicaragua and Costa Rica. She is most grateful for her health, her children and her grandchildren. She is an avid golfer, a docent at the Chicago Architecture Foundation and a life enthusiast.
Debra continues to study and learn, incorporating nutrition, posture, exercise and general health information into her sessions. Her primary modality is deep myofascial work. Her bodywork bible is Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction: The Trigger Point Manual, by Drs. Janet Travell and David Simmons.
