The owner of this busses speaks to people like they are animals. He’s very rude and calls people names. You take your car in for one thing and after he takes your money somehow something else is wrong with the car. Beware of this crooked business. Im sure all of these Unilocal reviews are friends and family

Just spent $ 675 to get my clutch fixed now he’s telling me it’s going to take another $ 450 to actually fix the problem after he’s already taken our money. We took the same car in a few months ago for a tune up and it’s been nothing but problems ever since. You are a thief and a crook i will see you in small claims sir

I created a Unilocal account just to give this company (AutoXpress) a review of their poor costumer service.
I went to have my ac recharged in my car, they said it was going to be $ 90 dollar to have a test and see if there was anything to be fixed in my ac system. I was good with that, well the system had a leak and they gave me a quote on how much it was going to be and I thought it was a bit high so i decided to and do it somewhere else to do it which was better. So i went back because the guy one of the managers told me that if i bring it back fixed they were going to charge me just for the pounds of the ac, so i expected they were going to do the same as before clean the system and make sure there was no more leaks. I went and he told me he was going to charge me another $ 90 dollars for the process again, so i decided to leave.
This is pathetic, you don’t run a business like that.

Autoxpress is the place to go if you like decent prices, loyal, honest and overall AWESOME WORK! I came for some maintenance on my KIA and I was in and out of there rather quickly. Carlos is the one who helped me out on the day of my visit and as he worked I absorbed to make sure my car was in good hands and no doubt about it! He knew what he was doing and he did a great job! (my car came out running like new). He advised what else I should get done soon & I sure will keep coming to this location to receive carlos hard & professional work. Overall Very honest mechanic and there sure isn’t too many of those out there. 10 Thumbs up Autoxpress!!!

These guys are simply the best — true life savers. My fuel pump went out in my 4Runner hours before my vacation. I couldn’t stay with my vehicle. I had it towed to AutoXpress and went on vacation.
While I was on vacation, I spoke to Carlos about my situation. He quoted a fair price, and I was able to pay over the phone. The team fixed my truck the same day. Once I returned from vacation, they personally dropped my vehicle at my house, because I had no ride. These guys are awesome. Honest people, fair pricing, and great customer service! Highly recommended!

I’ve actually lived down the street from the shop for years and finally came in thinking i had serious engine issues. Tim took care of me in a timely fashion for a fair price. He also gave me some tips on how to maintain my car moving forwards. I know if i ever have anymore problems with my car I’m taking it to Tim.

My Car stalled on me after returning from a hectic trip from Texas. I had no real contact for a reliable mechanic. So… I Unilocaled these guys… Walters son came in the morning to the location even before me and fired up the old lady, they promised the car back in 4 hours. So they even dropped me and picked me up from my motel exactly on time!!! The service was fast and reliable! Diagnosis was done in just minutes!!! I would recommend these guys to any one any day!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

What can I say. Alan and his Dad Walter were fantastic as were the Techs. They drove me home, collected me and the price was correct.
Having been an AAMCO dealer I understand all the client difficulties. Honesty played a huge role in this whole transaction.
So full marks to the whole team.

Autoxpress has just been bought by my good friend and neighbor– Myra H P and her family. I live in La Habra and her auto shop is around 40 miles away. Since they just had their shop blessed and prayed for by a pastor, and she said that she has a good and honest mechanic– Manuel R., I traveled all the way to to Winnetka and braved the Los Angeles traffic just for my 2003 Nissan Murano to be fixed. My car has oil leaking from underneath the hood. The car doors won’t open or close as they should… And there are other things that need fixing or replacing… As suggested by the Nissan dealer. I had Manuel check on the Nissan dealer’s list and found out that not all of the dealer’s listed parts to fix or replace needed to be fixed at all. They worked on my Murano and when it was finally done, Manuel even showed me all the broken car parts he replaced and explained and showed to me what else he did and worked on. The price i paid for the car repairs and everything was very reasonable. I could have paid maybe twice or even 3x what I paid Autoxpress had I gone to the car dealership. And i received my car washed and cleaned. I highly recommend Autoxpress because of the new owner and mechanic’s integrity, honesty, and excellent work. It’s hard to find honest mechanics nowadays that also do an excellent job. I don’t mind driving 40 miles braving the traffic of Los Angeles just to have my car fixed. It’s worth the drive…

Because the owner appreciated that I used Unilocal to find their store, I’m going to leave a review.
Called earlier today, expressed my car concerns, brought my car in and they saw to it right away. Gave my car good attention (they even checked my lights, tires, and some other stuff). Went in mainly for an oil change (little over $ 30 FYI), but they also gave me an update on what I should keep an eye on.
Fantastic place (located in an area where there are other mechanics and auto repair shops) and I’ll go there again. Thanks guys!

I love Tim! Being a girl I get many people who don’t think I know what I am talking about when I have car issues, however my father taught me all about cars when I was a kid. Tim gets it! He has always taken what I said and gone with it. More often then not, if I don’t know exactly what the problem is, I can give him the details that make diagonosing it easier. My jeep has 160K miles on it, and with Tim working on it and helping me maintain it– I think it will easily be able to double that. =)

If you need a good mechanic at a good price, see Tim! I’m a Tim loyalist… I’ve followed him for years at various locations because of his good prices and quality of work (and because a good mechanic that you can trust is hard to find). He now has his own shop on Sherman Way. I can trust him, he’s friendly, and doesn’t gouge you! My friends and family go to Tim as well. I highly recommend Autoxpress!

Autoxpress is the best auto repair shop ever. Tim is very knowledgeable and knows cars better than any other shop. I have a range rover and he did some fantastic work fixing some engine issues. I will always bring my vehicles over to him and you should go visit him too. My dad takes his car to Autoxpress and he lives down in San Diego. Tim is the auto repair guru-​man!
