Windsor Breads Bakery & Coffeehouse specializes in homestyle bakery for both the sweet side (scones, turnovers, croissants, muffins, sweet breads, etc.) and the savory side (garlic, 3-olive, 3-cheese asiago, multigrain, Swiss muesli, Italian breads along with pretzel buns, pretzel rolls, and cheesy bubble breads). We bake fresh every day in our kitchen for your enjoyment. For our hot or iced coffee and espresso drinks we proudly use Stone Creek coffee roasted in Milwaukee.

History
Established in 2012.
Cheryl Ksobiech began her baking business making holiday breads for her husband Keith’s clients. Everyone loved the breads so much that Cheryl and Keith started Windsor Breads in 2005. The Schnell family (Julie, Anthony, Peter, and Marcus) bought Windsor Breads from Keith and Cheryl in 2012. They have continued the fabulous recipes begun by Cheryl while adding many of their own favorite recipes.

Julie has baked her entire life at home and throughout her schooling. While the children were preschool, Julie spent many years as the day parent forming a successful Pampered Chef business for her evening work while Anthony was the night parent and taught high school science by day. Once Marcus and Peter were school age it was time for Julie to find a day job. That was when the fabulous opportunity to buy Windsor Breads came up and the Schnell family jumped at the chance to have their own family business.
