Absolutely amazing customer service! My husband was trying to fix our faucet in our upstairs bathroom and accidentally broke our main water pipe which promptly started to flood our entire downstairs. I called their emergency plumbing number and he showed up in around 5 minutes, immediately took care of the leak, cut a hole in our ceiling to expose the pipe exactly where the leak was. Robert was just a great, friendly, honest, plumber. Who really seemed to care about his customers, I would use this company for any future problems based on my experience!

Tom Ladd was not nice to work with. And the person answering the phone does not provide effective communication to know whether or not your call is going to be taken seriously. And they both must overreact to the communication you provide and I was then accused of accusing them, over the phone, when merely trying to communicate with them. Also, treated, in my own house, by the owner, with a total lack of respect, to include walking in, going down the hall and going to the thermostat, without asking, thinking he was going downstairs to the equipment. All because he was agitated with what appeared to be something intrepreted by the phone answerer to the owner regarding our conversation without really knowing the caller’s side which was not really that horrible. WOW!!!Also, to include some snide comments made to me by him in my house while I am trying to explain what happened over the phone. WOW!!!Pretty much an unbelievably bad experience for me.
