Super 8 Windsor

Hotel is clean for the most part but the manager can be rude and has the tendency to boost prices at freewill. Breakfast is nothing special. Not great hotel but it becomes tolerable kmowing it is basically the only hotel in town.

Unfortunately I had to stay here 3 times so I’m not quite sure where to start, from the rudeness, their lack of caring, or the «continental breakfast» they provide… this place is a joke!
The price they charge ($ 110) is not equal to the quality you receive so I will never stay there again.
Their only saving grace is that they had one employee who was very very sweet her name was Irene and she made my one stay awesome. if they all took lessons from her on how to treat customers they would have people staying there all the time.
Mindy, the manager, is a stuck up snot unless you are tall dark and handsome which then she becomes quite pleasant.
Back to the breakfast! Do not offer swill to your customers and call it breakfast. They had a crock pot which had, an inch from the bottom, of this white runny goo that reminded me of gargling with salt water when I have a sore throat. I informed the ass behind the counter and he came out, took a little taste, then said to me and I quote «I don’t eat gravy so I really don’t know what it should taste like». He then turned and walked away.
Don’t half ass the breakfast, if you really don’t want to provide a free one then just DON’T. It was obvious they make it like that every day so people just won’t eat it. They have probably had the same package of premix gravy for 5 years.
It is just disgraceful how cheap owners are and how downhill the customer service has gone.
