Great place to hang out and drink. They have great beets on tap. Also on Friday and Saturday they have food trucks. So come on down and grab a pint! Cheers

Great beer, great service! We have a special needs daughter and could not have felt any more welcome! They have a sandbox, which keeps the kids happy while you enjoy your beverage!

I must have caught them on a bad day. Only one employee working but no worries since the five year old with a Skrillex haircut is able to help. That’s right, this little kid goes from mopping, to handing out menus, getting pint glasses ready for drinks, all while finding time to pick his nose. I guess the fact that the kid never washed their hands while doing all this gives him the time to work more efficiently… But since daddy runs the place and is a fire chief, I doubt a health or labor inspector is going to do anything about it soon. Seriously though, they are short staffed and should hire more people to run their pub. So many laws being broken right now I can’t imagine how the actual beer was made. Beer tasted average. So they get one and a half stars. I couldn’t say anything to the wife working, she looked so stressed I felt bad for her. I’m willing to change my review if they change their scheduling.

The place is worth trying. In an area where many great beers are brewed this is something a little different. Lady Luck is great so go in and say hello. I liked the Flashover IPA.

Tried to visit on a Sunday afternoon with a group of six. We were denied service. There were several children at the bar, which we thought was odd, and believe that our adult group was simply unwelcome at an hour until close. Won’t be back anytime soon.

My first encounter with St. Florian’s was at a local Safeway in Ronhert Park. I decided to give it a shot with my housemate and both of us checked out the brewery. Like the other reviews have said this place is small, and since I visited a outside patio space has been added. The server at the time was willing to give us a tour of the current brewery and their bottling system. She also spoke to the history of St. Florian’s and how it truly is a local brewery with current ties to the city’s fire department. I settled on their take of an IPA, the Flashover. Unlike other IPA’s in the area, the Flashover is not dry hopped, and thus you feel the full affect of all 76IBUs in this bad guy. A traditional, English IPA with bitters for days, not my cup of tea but a good take on IPA’s that others in the area are not doing. My friend got their sampler and settled on their California Common as his favorite. Overall, this is a great place if you’re looking for a low key and down to earth drinking experience. The knowledge of the beer from the server clearly shows that there is an appreciation for beer and the brewing process. With so many breweries to choose from that offer a better sit down experience, this place is still worth checking out if you have the chance

Nice little local brewery, the folks were nice. The beers were all decent, but only the barrel aged stood out. They were in the middle of expanding their space when we visited think it would be nice to visit again once they get a chance to finish renovating a bit.

Terrific beers in an unassuming location. We enjoyed the California Common, and a new session ale called 48/96, for the standard firefighter schedule.

I can definitely see this brewery expanding based on their beers alone. I’ve always been a fan of their Flashover IPA and and California Common. Right now I’m a huge fan of their Bourbon Barrel aged Brown Ale! It’s currently limited but I’m hoping they increase their batches of this stuff to lift their growler restrictions on it… hint hint. Another good thing about this place is they pay homage to firefighters. Which I respect and admire that in any business. Also for now, this place allows you to bring your own food, and since I grew up in Hawaii I always recommend Ahi Poke with a good beer. To me it’s the perfect beer/food combination. They also give great service and are always super friendly.

If there was ever a day for a cold one, yesterday was the day with temps hitting 98 in the Santa Rosa — Windsor area. St Florians is a small craft brewery making a few select brews and serving them in their tap room which is located in a warehouse area in the town of Windsor. Small but comfortable space, large screen TV with the Sunday NFL games on and a friendly fellow behind the bar. Three brews to choose from, their IPA, Brown Ale and California Common which was somewhere between the first two. We had the Common and Brown Ale, both were tasty and not over hopped(pet peeve of mine). Good place to take a break from the heat and enjoy the game. Limited hours, be sure to check before you go. A bit different, no food is served but you are allowed to «bring your own food» to enjoy with the brews.

I’ll keep it short. Thoughtful and drinkable beers(so hard to find now a days). Genuinely nice family. Community minded business. Hard to find but worth the search.

I have had St. Florian’s beer a few times and know it is brewed in Windsor. So, on a recent trip near Windsor, I stopped in and checked out the brewery. This place is everything I love about craft beer. Small business, family run and great people… and best of all, great beer! The brewery is located in an industrial«condo» and you are unlikely to just«stumble upon» it. Everyone there was very friendly, telling me about the business and their beer. I even got a quick tour! When you see St. Florian’s beer on the shelf or in your local bar, order it knowing you are supporting a great family run small business and rest assured you will be getting a high quality craft beer! If you are a beer nerd like me, I would definitely suggest stopping by and checking out the brewery if you are in the area! You will no doubt make some new friends and enjoy some great beers!
