$ 150 per hour??? For a plumber??? I could have had my lawyer come fix my pipes for less. These guys came, did the job, left a huge mess, and hit me for $ 500 for two hours work. Leland explained why he charged me an extra $ 150 for his assistant’s hour.
I paid him. Then my wife pointed out that $ 150 per hour for a plumber is wrong. And they left my tools and my walkway and my front porch covered with mud.
This company will not be allowed on my property again. Beware. They charge what they think they can get away with. Then they leave a huge mess behind them.

My water heater quit last night. Called Leland plumbing early this morning and within three hours, they were here to replace. They just finished, it took only two hours. They did a great job and the young man (Sterling) who installed it was very nice. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing and heating needs you may have. I will recommend to all my family and friends.

We called Moore heating and air-​conditioning to get an estimate on a repair, or replacement of our air-​conditioning unit. The gentleman came out seemed thorough, and left us with an estimate of $ 3500 for repair, and something around $ 10,000 for a replacement. Not expecting this much money, we called Leland on Monday night. They came out the next day, and repaired my air-​conditioner for $ 299. I am still astonished. It took about 25 minutes, they were in and out, completely professional, and my bank account doesn’t hurt. I cannot recommend this company too much.

I had a 4 to 6pm appointment. When I got to my home at 3:40, they had already started working (my teenage son let them in). They did work which was not needed (later one of them explained «I wish you had been here before we started.» The two who showed up were young and unprofessional. When you make an appointment at their call center, request that the plumbers do nothing until you have talked to them first (and take their advice with a grain of salt).

I had a water line break at my hair salon after regular business hours and needed it fixed right away .The owner Jeff came out and did an amazing job :-) The customer service was above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier and was able to open for business the next morning right on time. These guys are top notch

My home warranty company sent this company out after repeated problems with another company. I had a leaking water heater, and they diagnosed the problem and remedied the situation promptly, with competence and professionalism. They had to replace my water heater and did so in a timely manner. I am very happy with their service.
