We specialize in swimming pool construction and renovation. We have an in-​house crew that allows us to do about 90% off our construction ourselves. This allows us to have total control of the project offering higher quality service and a finished product.

Our service and repair department is one of the largest in Sonoma County servicing over 650 pools and spa on a weekly basis. We offer full service when it comes to maintain your pool or spa.

Our retail division specializes in hot tub and spa sales with the Caldera Spa line. We provide all the prep, ground and electrical work for when purchasing a spa or hot tub making us your one-​stop-​shop. We also have a design center that allows us to create a outdoor kitchen of your dreams. We also create and install fire pits, fire places, and outdoor cooking areas for your backyard. Our retail shop has a full supply of chemicals, toys and games, backyard accessories, goggles, swim gear and swim suits.

History

Established in 1988.

We are family owned and operated. Lupe & Barbara Perezchica and Stan & Tina Johnson are our founders. Both born and raised in Healdsburg /​Windsor area. Currently we are owned by Tina Johnson and Matt Perezchica both the son and daughter of Lupe and Barbara. We’ve started as a construction company in Healdsburg, CA. We started our service department shortly after and have grown to be one of the largest and most well know pool and spa companies in the greater Sonoma County area. Our retail division started 10 years ago specializing in water chemistry and toys and games. We’ve expanded to spas and hot tub sales, outdoor kitchens, swim gear and swim suits.

Korey is our latest addition to the management team. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the retail store. He has spent 9 years in the pool and spa industry. He greats every customer with the infectious smile and by all accounts is «living the dream».
