The Huntington Learning Center in Windsor has been established as the trusted local resource for individualized academic tutoring in K-​12 subjects, including Reading, Math, Science, High School Honors and AP Subjects, ACT/​SAT Exam Prep, and other custom learning plans based on the needs of each student.

We provide testing to identify academic skill gaps, create custom learning plans for each student, conduct school visits to ensure that our tutoring is positively impacting your child’s performance in the classroom, and foster both confidence and academic independence in our students.

Our SAT\ACT college entrance premier exam prep program is well known and trusted in the Windsor and Santa Rosa communities for achieving dramatic test score increases for our students. We are proud to help our promising young college bound students successfully gain admission into their «reach» schools.

History

Established in 1977.

In 1977 Dr. Raymond and Eileen Huntington opened the first Huntington Learning Center in Oradell, NJ, because they recognized a need to offer high quality tutoring to students of all ages. Eileen is an educator with her Masters Degree from Rutgers University. Ray obtained his Doctorate from Rutgers University as well, where he taught both undergraduate and graduate-​level math and statistics courses.

Together they worked hard to develop and refine the curricula and instructional methodologies needed to work with a wide variety of students of all grades and needs. They were successful in recruiting a strong, dedicated staff who shared their beliefs. This became the model on which the Windsor Huntington Learning Center franchise was built.

Today the Windsor Huntington Center continues to serve the students of Windsor and the greater Santa Rosa area. Our teaching staff has been present for years and working with local schools to meet the needs of our students.
