Seann is my/​our «go to guy» for everything real estate related. He knows his stuff and what he doesn’t know he’ll find out or tell you he doesn’t know. We’ve financed and refinanced at amazingly low rates multiple with properties through Seann.
Seann has shown us property, sold houses for friends in record time when the market was slow, seen things through every step of the process. He is the one person I’d always recommend if you’re looking for a home or looking to re-​finance. He’s honest, he’s fair and he never drops the ball. I personally know a lot of people in the field and Seann is the very best. I only wish there was a 6^th star!

After over a year of patiently helping me view EVERY possible property that could meet my needs, Sean and his wonderful team assisted in my purchase of a home. Their attention to detail, including scoping out possible out of the norm properties, scouting out possible issues, guidance through strange current market deals (if you’re looking at all you know what I mean) and flat out enthusiasm for what they do made working with them fantastic. After the year, I’ve now purchased happily a property with the potential house of my dreams. We ended up doing a FHA203(k) which involved way more help from Seann and his team that I ever dreamed! Wow, to work with helpful pleasant people… the whole experience was great.
Sounds a bit like overkill, but I worked in mortgage banking for over 10 years. This is the best service I recall hearing from anyone. Seann is a mortgage broker as well as RE agent. Great combo, gives immediate access to information from all corners.
