Business Owner
Hello, I’m Dr. Don Jorgensen, Dr. J to my patients and colleagues. I grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska. I attended the University of Nebraska with emphasis on pre-dental studies and obtained my dental degree from the University Of Nebraska College Of Dentistry. Following dental school I did a tour of duty with the U.S. Army, during which I was selected to do a one year General Dentistry Residency.
Between my army tour and my orthodontic residency, I taught at the Dental School at the University of Texas as a member of the General Dentistry faculty. I was accepted to attend Louisiana State University School of Dentistry for a two year orthodontic residency, where I obtained my post graduate orthodontic degree. Before moving to Colorado in 1983, I worked in private practice in Lincoln and taught part-time at the Dental School.
My wife, Jan, and I live in Fort Collins. We enjoy spending time with friends and traveling and continuing to spoil our English Cocker Spaniel, Scarlett.
