If I could give them zero stars I would. Worse decision of my life to sign up with this credit union. I signed up as an incentive through work and needless to say it has been a nightmare. An unapproved pay charge came through which needless to say it looked fishy, my regular bank would have called me ASAP. This bank not only let the charges go through, they even billed me each time for the surcharge fees. Needless to say they have very little branches, short hours if you need to reach someone. Multiple numbers a call center number and then a separate number for issues with your card. Hell even their staff is incompetent. Needless to say I will not be using their services in the future.
