my reciew is of the TSA at Bradley in general. we just took a short trip to Florida. the TSA as is their right went through my checked bag, I DO NOT have an issue with that, I DO have an issue with the complete lack of respect shown my belongings. I very carefuuly folded and packed my clothing, it was actually rolled in a crumpled ball and stuffed back in to the suitcase. There was a shirt which actually had a shoe print on it, which indicates to me it was dropped on the floor and stepped on, I am still pissed by this and nw understand that is why people do not check bags, it is not the cost it is they do not want their belongings ruined

I have batteries implanted in my chest to control leads to my brain, and am not allowed to go thru the x-​ray machine. Both times I’ve been thru there, I’ve stated this and offered documentation, only to be «kindly» strip searched to make sure I was legit!
Most of these folks are okay, but some the officers at Bradley are the only ones who have singled me out for «special» attention, hence, in my opinion, they are abusing their power.

This TSA group is one of the friendliest you’ll find at any airport. They are very polite and respectful. They do great job at keeping the lines moving and if you happen to have pre-​check there’s hardly ever a wait. A+++

Why can’t all airports TSA agents be this decent and professional? I credit their management because this has always been the case at Bradley. Nowhere else. Keep it up. Oh and to the other reviewer’s point, it’s also fast. I think it’s connected since I’m more likely to lose my mind trying to juggle all of my personal belongings when being scowled at. I think of you’re in the role of a TSA agent, scowling will just get you a lot of false positives when looking for the bad guy. Their model is a good one.
