My car was STOLEN from their economy lot after being valet parked(Key and car were missing). This happened about a year and a half ago and I’m still waiting for these a$$holes to even give me a refund for the parking I paid and to refund me my $ 1,000 deductible. They denied any compensation for negligence although they admitted fault. DON’T PARKHERE! SAVEYOURSELVESTHEGRIEF I WENTTHROUGHANDUSERONCARI!

Incompetence and rudeness run rampant at LAZ Fly! I have been parking here for years and never had a problem, but after the shitshow that took place here after my most recent vacation, I’ll be taking my car somewhere else next time. Before leaving for my February vacation, I noticed that a number of cars were embedded in snow banks due to the plows that had gone through the parking lot. And since another 2 feet of snow had fallen during my trip, I called the day before my return to make sure that my car would be accessible. The girl on the phone was an idiot, talking to someone in the background and laughing at the same time she was telling me that they would *try* to help me when I arrived. When I persisted, she told me to ask for Kyle when I arrived and he would shovel me out. So when I got back to the lot and my car was undriveable due to snow and ice, I told the girl at the desk that I would need a shovel. Her response was to gesture with her arm to nowhere in particular and tell me that there were shovels«around». She was unable to tell me specifically where, and didn’t know where Kyle was. Two other charming employees entered, one an angry guy and the other, an older lady with a birds nest for hair, and didn’t know where the shovels were. When I asked how they would recommend I drive my car off the lot, I got no response. Basically, they didn’t give a shit about my problem and were distracted by about a million other issues that were going on, but I wouldn’t let them brush me off. Kyle eventually appeared, my boyfriend insisted he follow through on helping dig my car out, even though birds nest hair lady said she needed his help elsewhere. First he attempted digging with something that looked like a swiffer, and then with the worst, most banged up shovel I’ve ever seen. Thank you Kyle! The only helpful person around. While I was waiting for my car to be dug out, I started to momentarily regret not paying extra for valet parking. However, that feeling was quickly squashed when the parade of angry valet customers began to pile up. One person paid for valet and the car was covered in snow and not warmed up. Another person’s window was left open. Another person’s car could not even be located, and when I finally left a half hour later, she still did not have her car. And so on, and so on. Its also worth mentioning that the lot was a sheet of ice. I mean, why would they throw down sand or salt or something? Its only a parking lot in a blizzardous February. Get it together people.

Shuttle is consistent, parking plentiful, and honestly, I prefer parking my own car prior to a trip and knowing where it is when I get back… Go online to their website for a great pre-paid price!

If you are flying out of BDL park here. It’s self-park, non-covered, cheap(around $ 5/day), and there is a free-shuttle to/from the airport. I haven’t had a problem and I’ve used this lot several times.
