We had K&K pack and load for us, it didn’t go well. The packing was slow and we had to help or it wouldn’t have gotten done. They also didn’t pack same room things together or label the boxes. This made unpacking a BIG pain. Loading was not good either as most of our furniture is now scratched… Overall very unhappy with them.
