After bringing my truck to a horrible mechanic in salem ma bettencourt auto were he did not have the knowledge to do the repair i needed i was ready to give up on the truck cause all his mistakes cost me alot enough on that i looked wilsons up online and was looking for a competitive price to get it re repaired they gave me a price i could help but jump i brought it in and with in a few hours were calling me with the extent of damage the shitty mechanic did and left out most of the belts and the hoses to the heater core they repaired it to better than factory and now after freezing my family and myself out of the vehicle for two months after a shotty repair these guys fixed it better than new thank you so much i will be sending business your way for years to come

Very nice people, and great service so far!
I called in earlier to see if they had some time to look at my tire air leak, and they said come on down!
A young fellow took my car right in and investigated the questioned tire. He didn’t find an air leak, but suspected maybe some leak from the tire rim or from a past plug in the tire. He worked away, and said my tire should be good! If not, come right back!
* Service was quick.
* Worker (argh, I don’t recall a name… I will have to ask next time to post here … I remember though that he has 3 dogs!) was nice and easy to work with! I can be that curious-​need-​to-​know person when it comes to certain things (usually hands on things and fixing things), and he was fine with me watching over his shoulder.
* Convenient location, right off 28 (nearby Cyrs Lumber)
I will probably go to them more often for any fixes on my aging car.
