I give this three stars because it is a nice complex. It is very well kept up with a great gym and swimming pool and the condos are spacious. Since they are indivually owned the prices will vary and you can usually find them posted on craigslist. The biggest downfall is the HOA. They have a lot of rules that are strictly enforced with 24⁄7 security. That is of course unless its Christmas Eve and you actually need them and they are no where to be found. The HOA limits parking spaces to two per apartment due to poor parking lot planning. Having guests becomes a pain because you have to get a guest parking pass and they are not allowed near the gym or clubhouse. The security gaurds also check ID’s while you are at the gym and I often wonder if they are looking at more then the ID’s. Aside from all the negatives to the HOA the property in beautiful, bugs are limited, and they just built a brand new Publix and McDonalds right across the street.
