I provide pain relief and internal medicine in the Orlando area, using traditional acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, trigger point therapy, advanced massage techniques and Biopuncture.

Each treatment is specific to your condition and combines Japanese-​style acupuncture utilizing Hara Diagnosis (palpation of the abdomen), trigger point therapy (to release muscular restrictions), massage, stretching and perhaps herbal or homeopathic prescriptions.

I am a licensed acupuncture physician with a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine. I have passed all required national board exams, and I am licensed in Florida as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and in New York State as an Acupuncturist. I received my training in California, Florida and in New York.

Also, I am a licensed massage therapist in Florida. I studied massage in Orlando at the National Personal Training Institute — focusing on sports and athletic performance massage. Since 2007 I have been on staff at Cirque Du Soleil’s La Nouba as part of their performance medicine team. I am also the massage therapist of record for the Orlando Ballet.

Before becoming a massage therapist and an acupuncture physician I spent more than 20 years as a ballet dancer and performing on Broadway. Working as a dancer over those many years resulted in a wide range of injuries, both chronic and acute.
