One star because I can’t give a ZERO. When I bought the car. The original offer was ZERO $ down, ZERO interest. When I returned, oops they made a mistake. I eventually bought a car from there. It was urgent. I was then told FREE state inspection, pay for emission, the cost $ 47.97. I can go up the street to my local small time guy and get both for $ 49.99. So really, the state is NOT FREE. I did get 1 free oil change there. They did «hand wash» my car, it was terrible. REALLY OVER PRICED! REALLY UNDER SERVICED! Already saving up my down payment up for my next car. Despite the convenience, I will NOT but from WIND GAP CHEVY! Oh by the way… their paper work says BROWN DAUB! Buyer beware!

I brought in my 2013 Chevy Sonic RS for a MyLink firmware update. I provided the techs with the Service Bulletin number, because I was pretty sure they wouldn’t know anything about it, as it had just come out a few days before. It took them several trys to install it, but it is completely understandable and I don’t hold it against them. (The update was so new, they had to download it from GM, and they had never performed one before)
The techs and staff were very accommodating and the waiting area was comfortable and spacious. I actually did enjoy my time there.
I bought the car there two weeks before, and my experience was great. My salesman got me the car I wanted at the monthly payments I was willing to make. I didn’t think they would be able to get me the deal, but they bent over backwards for me. This is actually the second car I’ve bought there. When it comes time for the third, I’ll definitely be going back to Wind Gap Chevrolet.
