Trinity Castrol Premium Lube Express and Auto Center

This place has turned into another Jiffy Lube! I’ve been going here for years the prices were decent I always liked it because they kept it simple. I pulled up the other day and the guy come out with a menu like Jiffy Lube. He asked me what kind of oil do I want, I told him what you’ve been putting in it, and then he starts reading off of that crazy menu trying to sell me a more expensive oil. I shut him down really fast and told him I wanted the cheapest basic oil change. He didn’t notice that I was a thousand miles over on my oil change, and then proceeded to try to sell me some oil rinse junk. Once again I shot him down. When I went to pay, it was $ 76 for a 4 cylinder Honda! They had went up almost $ 20 since the last time! I called Walmart and found out for $ 42 I could get the same oil change or I could just do it myself for $ 25. I’m going to start doing it myself in the garage. I didn’t mind paying the extra when the prices were reasonable and they weren’t so commercialized or scamming trying to sell you upgraded oil or other junk you don’t need.

It’s been said that «you get what you pay for». If you want great service and don’t want to break your bank account than this is the place. I Came here on a referral from a friend, and man, am I glad I did. After calling around all over northern VA, everything led me to trinity. Great prices, and their services (mechanical, & customer) are both top notch. Jessica was very prudent in calling and making sure everything was ok with me before doing any further work & Kieth made sure I understood everything that was being done to my truck. I will definitely be coming back for any future vehicle needs. BTW, I came all the way from Leesburg, and I will travel further to continue doing business here. Oh and those other quotes I got, were more than double what I paid here.

Installed 4 new tires next door (at their tire crnterearlier this week and decided to go with them for an oil change. Super fast and friendly. I don’t think they (yet) upload service records to Carfax like they do next door. May not be the lowest cost in town but I TRUST the whole crew at Trinity.

I stopped in to Trinity Express, a Christian establishment, one day on a whim, knowing I was short on time and needed a quick oil change. As I pulled up, I was greeted, and asked about my vehicle. They took my keys and I went into the waiting room.
The technician walked in and asked me about replacing my reaaaaally dirty air filter, which I agreed to.
The next thing I know, I’m paying and out the door — the entire process took 3 minutes, 45 seconds… wait, what just happened?!
In that time, they changed my oil, topped off my fluids, vacuumed my carpets *AND* replaced the air filter … and I paid!!! … how is all of that possible in that short of time?!
Ahhhhhhhh I’ll totally be back to this place, and I’ve already recommended it to many of my friends and family!

Great service. Only had $ 40.00 and they kept me under. 5 quarts or less. I always love supporting Christ followers, and they actually told me things that had to be done that wasn’t brought to my attention anywhere else. I was in and out within 10 minutes or less. Wow, this is a single woman who doesn’t know about cars and doesn’t have a man/​informed woman to come in and make sure that I’m not getting ripped off’s dream! I just pulled up, answered a few simple questions, they fixed my air filter, checked the tire pressure, changed the oil, did the official inspection thing, and I was good to go! A bonus: They vacuumed the car too! Felt like an honest place and the people were very professional and looked like they were having fun working together.

I’ve been other places around town, but this is my spot now for oil changes and basic mechanical work. They are very friendly and honest. They care about how they treat each customer and I’ve never had to wait long to get in and out. I would highly recommend this garage.

Trinity is a family-​owned, Christian auto business that is fast, honest and thorough. The standard oil-​change is a little more than a place like Jiffy-​Lube but those few extra dollars go to employees at a great independent business that works hard to make you happy.

Always polite and nice. Service has always been quick. Have not had any issues after 6+ visits.
