Shelley Smyth Fitness

I have been seeing Shelley in a personalized «Fitabulous» group for about 8 weeks now. She offers personal, semi personal and small groups. I am in the Fitabulous group with 3 other girls and go twice a week. Shelley weighs us once a week and does initial weight and body measurements at the first session to track personal progress. She also recommends us keeping a food journal and tracking our food, portions and times so she can look at it most of the sessions.
After Shelley looked over my food journal a few weeks into the 8 week session, she recommended different food selections, eating every 2 – 3 hours, and limiting certain things.
I have lost some inches and a couple pounds and toned up significantly. Shelley is confident, motivating, funny, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. She also is flexible with her classes, which anyone can appreciate. She is pleasant to see and her workouts are always hardcore but enjoyable.
I will continue to go to Shelley, and when I cannot go any longer, I will soak in all her advice and use it from now on in my lifestyle.
