really considerate and kind person who genuinely cares about her patients and is more than fair and tries to help them in every way possible.

Dr. C. has been helping our family a lot. She is good at providing insight and follows up with extra information and thoughts outside of our appointment times. Shows she is giving thought to the sessions even outside the scheduled appointment time. That is rare.

Ruxandra Carp is by far the most unprofessional«doctor» I have ever met. She requires an appointment, i.e., money, to process any type of insurance paperwork, or even make a phone call to an insurance company with regard to a claim. If one is capable of recognizing her antics, she will proceed to insult them in a very pubescent manner, and resorts to name calling(which is concerning, considering her profession). Further, it is difficult to take life advice from a completely hypocritical person. For example, she will make you wait 25 minutes for an appointment, but if you are 5 minutes late for the same appointment that she makes you wait an additional 20 minutes for(because she is still with the previous person), she will actually remind you to be on time next time. She is terrible.

She often write prescriptions incorrectly and wouldn’t fix them. When I couldn’t get my medication she claimed that she«ran out of prescription pads.» She lectured me on how other past doctors were, but she never read my records. I would not recommend seeing her. She is not a professional.

Very hard to find a good doctor in this field. We filled out all necessary paperwork required by Dr. Carp. Also signed the cancellation policy which states a 48 hour notice must be given prior to appointment cancellations. This form also explained that If you cancel a Monday appointment, you must call the office by the Thursday prior to the appointment as Saturday and Sunday are omitted from the 48 hour terms. That being said, our first appointment was scheduled at noon on a Thursday. As I sat in the waiting area near Dr. Carp’s office, I received an email from her explaining that she cannot make the appointment and will see me at 1:00 pm the following day. That was a sure sign that this doctor was not going to work out. When I replied to her email saying that the new appointment won’t be necessary as I expect the same courtesy from her that she expects from me, she responded by saying: «Be well angry madame.»
