A solid 5. From the first meeting to the follow up and maintenance 2 years later, the experience with this landscape design company has been very satisfying. Patrick listened to what we needed, and connected with us in terms of understanding our budget and our vision, which is the main reason we are so satisfied.
The design was basically «organic» and showed creativity in light of the limitations of our property. His design made the most of the front and back yards, which the workers implemented well. We wanted traditional trees, which is what PKM used, but with a varied look something like a traditional meadow in the country. The water system makes maintenance relatively hassle-​free, and materials used were quality, since we wanted them to last a long time. Follow up has been good, and what we also appreciated was that once the project started, the deal didn’t change; so we could stick to the original budget.
The garden is clean and well-​tended, and is easily maintained at this point. We feel that PKM is dedicated to a high degree of customer satisfaction as well as listening and relating to their customers.
