My first call to the office coincided with the Dr’s vacation. The receptionist was very helpful in answering all of my questions about the Practice. She also gave me the name of a radiologist that was affordable. I had a few more questions that night and left a message, my call was returned promptly the next morning. Being new to the area, this was a huge help.
The office is clean and friendly.
Dr Loy went over my X-rays in the office with me. He explained everything in layman’s terms. Dr Loy relieve as much pain as possible for my situation, enabling me to do the PT I needed to get back full mobility .

I was having severe shoulder and collar bone pain when I went to see Dr. Loy. After taking a detailed history, we traced the pain back to a mountain biking fall months earlier. Dr. Loy was able to treat my pain with just two appointments, was extremely knowledgeable, and made me very comfortable. I highly recommend this practice!

I tried to get an appointment and not only was the receptionist very unkind she said they did not have anything available for weeks. She was very off putting and would not even take my name for a waiting list. I have never had a chiro office be so cold and uncaring over the phone, and seem so smug over not wanting to offer appointments to new patients. Sad.
