My husband and I were in need in an apartment in our price range as soon as possible and we found a listing on craigslist from Ryan Foley. He immediately got back to my emails and suggested several different locations in addition to the one I had found online. He even got a better deal for us! He was able to meet with us the same night that I emailed him, and took us to see the first place in Winchester. This place was not the original place we had found, but it was better! the landlady was there and we met her and she was amazing! Ryan has a great personality and isn’t in any way fake like many other real estate agents are. You could tell he wanted to help us in any way he could. He was able to get us the apartment that night! Without Ryan’s help, we would have been under a lot of stress looking for an apartment in such a fast time. He was extremely kind, and understanding, and helpful. We have been to many real estate agencies in and around Boston, and I must say, this one is the best! solely because of Ryan.
