History

Established in 2008.

Dr. Gaurav Agarwal opened Valley Pediatric Dentistry in November 2008, with the vision of providing children with the highest quality of specialized dental care in a fun, entertaining, and family environment. In April 2015, to better serve his patients, he moved into a new, state-​of-​the-​art location in the Gateway Professional Center on Amherst Street. Since opening, he has maintained a commitment to making positive contributions to the community through youth education and involvement.

Business Owner

Dr. Gaurav Agarwal has been a resident of Virginia since 1984 and has completed all his education in this beautiful state. He attended James Madison University for his undergraduate degree and continued on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Dentistry.

Following dental school, Dr. Agarwal pursued his dream of providing oral health care to children by completing a residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he also earned a Masters of Science in Dentistry degree.

Dr. Agarwal is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry as a Diplomate and is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and Virginia Dental Association.

Dr. Agarwal currently resides in Winchester, where he can remain close to his family and friends. He enjoys spending time with his wife and is eagerly anticipating the birth of their first child.
