History

Established in 2010.

White Properties began in 1985 as a property management and self storage company. The company has grown to become the premier self-​storage provider in the Shenandoah Valley offering clean and secure climate & non-​climate control storage units, warehousing, and RV parking. Seven convenient locations around Winchester and the Shenandoah Valley offer a variety of options. An Insomniac Kiosk was installed at SSIII & Eastgate locations that enables client’s to rent units 24 hours a day. WP has continued to grow and add services that further simplify the lives of their clients.

Record Solutions was created in 1991 from the need for small businesses to store their inactive and archive business files.

Mail-​n-​Pack opened in 2001 to fulfill the self-​storage and record storage clients need for shipping.

Secure Shred was created in 2002 due to Record Solutions clients needing to destroy their inactive files.

E-​Cycle Solutions, is now open and offering on-​site and off-​site Hard Drive Destruction.
