Marcy Obenchain Insurance Agency opened on January 1, 2015. Although we are a newly established business, Marcy; the agency owner, has been working in this agency for over 13 years. Our team is excited to work with you and your family to make certain we cover all of your insurance needs. We are more than your local Allstate Insurance Agent, we are more like family! I have lived in Winchester, VA since I was 8 years old, and consider this home. I went to James Wood High School, and then went on to get a Business Management degree from Virginia Tech. Upon graduation, I started working in this agency full time. I have enjoyed working with and getting to know everyone in the community over the last 13 years.
