History
Established in 2013.
We have a brand new mobile kitchen that has just opened here in wimberley but, the owner Scott has been cooking in a mobile kitchen feeding the cast and crew of movie sets for over 15 years. And has been a chef for over 22 years. Son Dylan has joined him in this new journey after his own culinary school experience and graduation!

I have always loved to cook even as a kid I loved to help my Mom make diner. I think I was 11 when I made my first box of corn bread and was so proud to have it come out right the first time! After high school i worked at TGI Fridays where i learned that I really had a natural talent at making things right the first time and decided to in roll in a three year apprentice program offered by my local community college, then moved on to the Four Seasons Hotel for a few years the n moved to Austin and found a job being the chef for Locations Catering who feeds the cast and crew on movie sets. After parting ways with that company a few years later i bought my own kitchen and here we are!
