Brenda’s talent for seeing and capturing the essence of relationships, and translating that into a stunning piece of art, elevates her from being merely a portrait photographer to being a true photographic artist.

She likes natural, candid photography as opposed to staged and often cliché´d portraiture. However, portraits in a more classical style are evident here in this portfolio and also are a passion of hers. Milestones in your child’s life, a bride’s formal (or informal!) portrait, a record of a family captured, all can be translated into a treasured heirloom.

Established in 2000.

I have been a freelance photographer for over twenty years in the Corpus Christi area — now focusing my lens on servicing the Austin and Wimberley areas also. My specialty has always been fine art portraiture in my distinctive style; whether in a studio setting, or equally with environmental portraits — capturing the essence of my subjects in a way that creates art for their walls that become heirlooms as well.
