History

Established in 1945.

We are long term owners, Wilson Properties, LLC, has developed, owns, leases, and manages six commercial buildings all located in Wilton CT. Our tenant base is comprised of well established office, retail, commercial and professional tenants. Our buildings range in size from 3,300 Sq. Ft. to 35,000 Sq. Ft. and are located in the Route Seven corridor and in Wilton Center. We have storage in the buildings we own and manage.
