History

Established in 1933.

Regency Limousine was started as Humpheys Livery in 1933 to chauffeur people into New York City. In 1979 the company was purchased and the name changed to Regency Limousine, Inc. Today is still managed by the same people, since 1979. Regency expanded the fleet and now includes 6,7,8,and 9 passenger stretch limousines, Cadillac and Lincoln Town Car sedans, SUV’s, 10 passenger vans, and a custom Limo van with a 15″ dvd player, and ice chest outfittted with captain chairs for added comfort.

Business Owner

Stephen M Summerton, President of Regency limousine, has been in the limousine business since 1974. Mr Summerton first began as a driver, and drove a stretch limousine for three years. In 1979 along with two partners., they purchased Regency Limousine, Inc. Today Mr Summerton is the sole owner, and is a hands on-​manager over seeing the entire operation
