One review 5 stars? It must be the owner’s cousin.
Worst cleaner ever!
8 shirts out of 12 came out with wrinkles; one of them, with small holes. I specifically asked for NO STARCH, 4 of them came out WITH STARCH.
And believe me, they are not exactly inexpensive!
Don’t go.
