They call themselves wilsonville“s nicest when I actuality the guy who runs this place is a prick. He shows no common courtesy to his customers. I dropped off 3 shirts and s blazer or Tuesday saying I need them on a Friday at the latest. I went in at 3pm on Friday he said they wouldn’t be ready until 5−6pm that day. 3 days for four shirts and a blazer come on. I’m never going back

Small establishment so it may take a small amount longer to get your stuff done but every time I have taken clothes in it is ready when they said it would be and done well. Not to mention they are so very friendly. Best cleaner in wilsonville, no doubt.

They call themselves Wilsonville’s friendliest? More like Wilsonville’s big ripoff! Dropped my shirt there and was told it was $ 1.90 per shirt. I asked the guy if I can get pick up the shirt by a certain day and he replied«sure we can do that for you». One week day later I went to pick up my shirt and was surprised by the charges. $ 4 for one shirt! I asked the cashier about the charge and was told they charge extra for expedited service, however I was never told about it. The worse part is that when I got home the shirt wasn’t pressed properly and I had to iron it again!!! Places like this can only survive in small towns like Wilsonville, where there are only two crappy dry cleaners in the entire town. If they were in a real big city, they would be out of business by real competition.

My wife took her suit here to be cleaned before a work interview. The good: Suit came back cleaned and well pressed. The woman was very friendly The bad: It was nearly a week turnaround to get the suit. I stopped in to pick it up and it was not ready yet. They wanted two more days. I gave them three. When we stopped in again, they had trouble locating it. For some reason it was in their system as a «jump suit» rather than a business suit. The man was less friendly. We might come back, but will try some other places first.

I’ve been using Style Cleaners for a couple of years now. My experiences have been nothing but positive; friendly, professional people and quality cleaning. Typical turn-around is 3 – 4 days, but I’ve rushed items that turn around in a day. I’ve also used them for specialty items like leather handbags. I have no reason to go anywhere else and I highly recommend them.

I clearly made an error in judgment when I switched from my usual dry cleaner over to Style Cleaners due to a price increase. After trying Style Cleaners for a month I was forced to switch back to my usual cleaners. I had many shirts from Style that I pulled out of their bags and found poorly pressed. Often I encountered the bottom of my dress shirts to be wrinkled and strange lines pressed into the pockets. The final straw came when I took 4 shirts in their bags away on business. When I opened my dry cleaning bags I had one shirt with a large dry cleaning fluid mark on the front and another with a mysterious ink mark down the sleeve. Needless to say I was very frustrated. I will say that the owner did re-clean the garments in question at not charge. Despite this I will not be back and can not recommend. If you are looking for rock bottom prices then perhaps Style Cleaners is for you, if you are looking for professional pressing with clean lines seek your cleaning elsewhere.

Hey Debra, I’d encourage you to give them another shot. I’ve been using them for over three years now and I always get my items back in just 2 – 3 days. And, on the times when I’ve needed a rush item, they always get right on it and in fact have called me when the item was done so I could get it right away. Also, they have the very best rates and highest quality when you need a button repaired or a seam let out(yes, I’m growing by the minute!).

We tried this place based on a couple nice reviews on Yahoo(none on Unilocal) since we are new to the area and needed a good drycleaning establishment. The owner is very friendly and the quality of work was nice. However, I’m not sure how they stay in business as slow as the turnaround is for drycleaning. I think they do all the work on premises, so perhaps they are understaffed or don’t have enough equipment. It took us over two weeks and 3 trips to get our entire order finished and they ended up drycleaning some items which should have been laundered & pressed(i.e., kakhi pants). We did have a larger order — about 20 items(mens and ladies shirts and slacks), but I’m accustomed to dropping an order off and getting it all back in a day or two — not weeks later! We could use suggestions for a good drycleaner/laundry in Wilsonville!
