Their advice in preparing our home was invaluable! We sold it to a lovely family within days after our 1st open house, above the asking price! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had decided to sell our home and I wasnt sure who we were gonna use for a Real Estate firm. I had received a card in the mail and decided that was where I would start my search. I made an appointment with Chrisanne and she came out to my home.
I didn’t need to search any further. I immediately knew that Chrisanne was the one. She made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to work with. I wasn’t real comfortable about other brokers coming into my home while I wasn’t home because of my dog. Chrisanne made sure that either herself or another person from her firm was there for every private showing. I was informed of each and everyone of them before they happened and if I wasnt ready for the house to be shown (cause we arent always picked up and clean) and I didnt want it shown she made sure it was made for a time which was better for our schedule. She sold our home quickly and made this whole experience so enjoyable. Chrisanne even went out of her was to help us find temporary housing when our other home was delayed. I will recommend them to everyone!!! Wilson Wolfe in Wilmington is a great company. Thanks Tom & Jody

Lisa is especially good at objectively answering your questions — so you can be sure each decision you make is the one that is right for you, and not one the real estate agent led you to. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were expecting a crazy roller coaster ride to home ownership — but it wasn’t like that at all — and I know that is because Lisa knew what she was doing. She was always available, professional, and looking out for us.
Most people thought my husband and I would never find a place that made both of us happy in our price range — now we get to give them a tour of our new home that does just that!
