Times At Hand

Had to replace a clasp on a limited edition Gucci timepiece. Austin told me to bring it in and he would have it replaced in 15 minutes. I walked in and… it was finished in 15 minutes. $ 7.00 the cost! Totally satisfied!

The clasp to my Citizen watch got warped and wouldn’t close one morning. I wasn’t sure if it was something I would have fixed or if I should send it to the company. I actually dropped by another jewelry store in the mall first who recommended Times at Hand.
I’m very glad I dropped by. For an extremely reasonable $ 7 the guy at the counter hammered my clasp back into working order where another store said I’d need a total replacement. I also got a battery change on another watch ($ 9) while I was there. I’m very pleased with the service.

I stopped by to get the battery replaced in my watch and the young guy at the counter said give him 20 minutes and come back. Took about 35 minutes which I was cool with and was fairly cheap… that night my watch died. I made it back to kiosk a week later and told the guy what happened. +same young guy+…Again he told me 20 minutes. I came back 35 minutes later and when I asked he hadnt started on it. I sat at the bench right in front of the kiosk and waited another 20 minutes making eye contact with the guy several times. Finally walked back up and asked how long and he said «oh its ready». When I asked what was wrong with watch he said there was a partially dead battery in it. The service provided was poor rating at a one star and mistakenly putting a used battery in my $ 1200 watch doesn’t even grant one star. I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place to anyone. P. S. the guy asked me if I was comfortable setting the time on my piece both instances because it was complicated and he wasn’t sure how. Time @ Hand = Waste o’ Time

Very nice man at the counter reset the hands on my coronagraph watch. I asked how much I owed him and he said «nothing but your un-​dying loyalty.» I will always remember this.

Would have costed me almost a hundred dollars to get the crown fixed on my watch by the company. They fixed it and since it was so easy to do did not charge me a thing!
