Manager

Bob moved from Pennsylvania to North Carolina in 1994 along with his wife Mary Jo and 3 daughters. Bob and Mary Jo now have 6 grandchildren and stay busy on the weekends either visiting them or everyone coming to their house in Wilmington.

Bob has over 15 years in the mortgage industry as either a loan officer or owner which most of it has been teamed up with Russell. Over the years Bob has mainly focused on the RDU area and southeastern North Carolina for lending and has created a loyal following of satisfied clients. As a loan officer on Team Move, Bob mainly focuses on meeting with our different business partners in the Wilmington, Myrtle Beach, and surrounding areas as well as working directly with clients looking to purchase and refinance. Bob has a long history prior to the mortgage industry of working in construction and steel fabrication so he uses this expertise along with his mortgage experience to work with local clients looking to finance their dream home in Wilmington
