Service Quick is an authorized Samsung repair center, so they were to handle our broken dryer issue. I was told I would be receiving a call before 9am on the day the service was scheduled and that they would give me a two hour block. I received the call on Wednesday morning and the guy on the other end asked if between 12pm and 1 would work. I repeated the times back to him to make sure he said between 12 and 1. He confirmed. Since I am a teacher, I was able to find coverage for my classes. I left at 11:55 am to go home and on my way noticed that I had a missed call from the technician at 10am. He left no message, so I don’t know why he called. I called him back but got no answer. I waited at my home til 1pm but no one showed up or called. I called him about six times and left one message but I never heard from him. I thought that maybe he came to my home early, but I remembered the operator saying they would give me a two hour window. Between 10am and 1pm is a three hour window. I tried calling Service quick but no one ever picks up the phone there. I left multiple messages bu never heard back. My wife left a message yesterday, and I left a message today, and no one ever got back to us. I had to call Samsung back and have them assign me to a different service center. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I can’t fathom how they think it is ok to run a business the way they do. In their voicemail recording they claim to care about the customer, but I have evidence that they don’t give a shit: three days of leaving messages and nobody calls back.
