History

Established in 2008.

After seeing how much large repair center charge for services we decided to start our own business and provide services for people that cannot to take their computers to Best Buy or Staples. We also realized that there are a lot of people the have computers that need to be repaired but can’t easily leave the house. So we decided to provide in house service at prices way lower than other companies charge for in-​store service.

Meet the Business Owner

Donald Q.

Business Owner

Donald Quill has been an IT professional since 1993. He started out as video game console repair technician. After attending Delaware Technical and Community College he worked as field technician for a local IT company. In 2002 Donald Quill entered the banking industry as a Desktop Support Technician and Telecommunications Specialist. In 2005 he married Joanna Quill and was offered a position with the State of Delaware as a Telecommunication and Network Technician III. During his career he has earned many industry certifications. He also attended training with computer manufacturers such as Dell, IBM, HP, Compaq, Gateway, Lexmark, and others.
