We have been coming here for years! They take good care of our trucks, do the job we asked, let us know how everything else looks and what to plan ahead for next time we come in. And best part — they don’t tell us we need things done that we don’t need done! The staff is polite and always kind!

I didnt get service here but thats because they were honest and respectful enough to tell me that my problem could be fixed cheaper if i went to midway muffler. They could have just told me i needed all new parts and charged me an arm and leg but they didnt. I couldnt thank them enough.

I’ve always gone to the dealership to get my oil changed but they were charging me almost $ 70 for synthetic oil. My mom used to come to Quality Auto and recommended them. They were actually offering a deal for $ 64.99 for an oil change with my kind of oil. So after work I I checked them out and within 20 minutes they were done. Fast, easy, cheaper, and friendly. This is the place I’m taking my car to in the future.

I had a noise I thought was brake related. I know no one in Wilmington, DE. I looked on Unilocal,called them up on Saturday. They got me in, gave me an estimate for all four brake pads, and rotors, and replaced them in a couple of hours.

I needed my first oil change after moving to DE, and found a bit of a dearth of reviews for such places around here. Quality Auto Services had one great review and was nearby, so I called them up. He was so polite that he was going to try to squeeze me in right before closing (on a Friday afternoon), but instead I came in the next day (I hate to make people wait for me).
I showed up around 8:45am on a Saturday, and it took maybe 20 minutes total to get in and out. The guys at the front desk were very polite and welcoming, and I got none of the condescending vibe that a single lady often experiences in car-​related places.
In addition, they said overall everything else was looking good (tire pressure, etc.). This will be my go-​to oil change spot around here, for sure.
Also, I believe their hours are 8am — 6pm Monday-​Friday and 8am — 4pm on Saturday, but don’t quote me on that.

Excellent service and reasonable prices. Quick oil changes and tire rotations. Joe and Jack will treat you right and get the repairs right. I have serviced and repaired my four cars there for more than 10 years.
